JetBlue Airways Confirmation Code: WPHP*Date of flight - Dec **, **** *Flight from SXM-NYC-Boston**Flight from SXM to NYC - delayed by * hours*Flight from NYC - delayed by * hours**Cause of delay was announced in the gate counter as due to lack of pilots, which I believe is due to poor and inefficient organization. And which can be controlled with good organization.**These delays inconvenienced my husband and myself - we practically spent the night in the airport. We are not healthy people, we have conditions. **I ask for some form of consolation within the bounds of policy on flight delays not caused by natural factors. This is your fault that can be within your control and caused us much inconvenience. I complain because I believe that the cause is not acceptable just like that.
GetHuman-fidelacb did not yet indicate what JetBlue should do to make this right.
