I was on JetBlue flight *** from MCO to LGA. For the duration of the flight, the TV media screen was not operational. At the end of the flight, the flight attendant very nicely apologized and advised us to file a complaint through the website rather than wait for vouchers to be distributed after we deboarded the plane.
GetHuman-shengfca did not yet indicate what JetBlue should do to make this right.
