During my trip to Florida in late October, I had been attacked by a dog* and for the past year, have undergone numerous facial reconstruction surgeries. I had received a $*** Travel Credit issued November *, **** and am unable to travel before its expiration (*******) due to ongoing facial reconstruction surgeries (am submitting a letter from my surgeon, Steven Rotter, MD of Forefront Dermatology dated ********) requesting a *-month extension for travel in light of completion of my facial surgeries. How can I accomplish submitting this medical letter and request for the travel extension? My email is *****@***.com and phone * is (*******-****). Thank you for your consideration and assistance in handling this request!

A pin was supposed to be sent to my email and it never was. I ended up calling Jet Blue and spoke to rep. Was told to just book flight by **** for use in future when I would be able to travel after my reconstruction surgeries were completed.
