I have now been waiting for a refund on a flight for six weeks. I have called no less than five times, I keep being told that I will be helped, but that has not occurred. What do I have to do to get my money refunded as promised. On the last call I did get an email that the money was taken out of the "travel bank" which it should not have been in to begin with and then I was told to wait * to ** days.
