my name is Rosalia Svelti, flight *** ****** *****@***.com is my email. so again like i mentioned my flight *** from santo domingo to boston was delayed more than * hours. you issues me a travel credit for ***.** i want my flight completely credited! no one was at the ticket counter for * hours after my flight was supposed to departure at *:**am. now i call to talk about the issue of how you issued me ***.** to shut me up of my frustration which does not compensate for the uncomfortableness, my frustration, my means to want to be home and not sit in a wheelchair from *am to *am and no one there representing JetBlue! im currently on hold for * time today with representative Optam or Optan (whatever her name is) she placed me on hold very rudely *x after i asked her not to!! so here is another complaint!! you guys are usually the best with customer service always willing to help with a smile. Rep on the phone told me “well thats all your going to get take it or leave it” never in my life heard some one represent JetBlue in this manner. im seeking a full credit! had to even see my doctor for back pain and butt pain from sitting so long on the wheelchair and sit so long hours as well on flight.
how long of a wait and how annoying it is to go so early to airport to wait so long and not get answers.
get a full refund and get the representative that im on the phone with reprimanded for her rudeness.
refund my flight including taxes
