On March *, **** I boarded Jet Blue Flight ***. As has happened on several occasions, the entertainment system was not operating in my seat (*D). This is the *th or *th time this has happened to me on Jet Blue. In addition, an unknown liquid dripped from the overhead storage, wetting my sweater and slacks. The attendant was informed, came back with rubber gloves, and helped us to stuff the area that was dripping with a napkin. Although the attendant wore rubber gloves, no concern about our safety or our clothing was expressed. *I like the seats on Jet Blue but am really angry over the frequent problems with the entertainment system. I am also disappointed that the attendant did not seem concerned the nature of the liquid or with the safety of the passengers or the condition of our wettened clothing.*I was a big supporter of Jet Blue but I am now wavering.
