Bought three round tickets for my elderly parents and my aunt to take care of them. They came to visit me in West Palm Beach, Florida.*Coming from San Diego to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Flight * ***. On their way here (Florida) they were not asked if they wanted to buy something to eat. Were just offered some coffee and pretzels, fine!*On their way back to San Diego (flight * B* ***) they got their seats apart from each other. When I called Jet Blue to fix the problem they told me that it can only be fixed at the gate. They didn't fix it for them and sat * disabled seniors apart from each other, that was crazy unacceptable, and my aunt was a couple of rows far apart from them. My Dad was so upset that he didn't even want to accept any type of treats from the flight attendants who were doing their best to make him feel better. My aunty had to get up and go talked to him to calm him down and accept a cup of coffee. When they arrived in San Diego he didn't even want to sit on the wheelchair and starting to walk even though his feet were hurting him really bad. *I was sure I picked one of the best Airlines but, very sad my parents had to go through this uncomfortable situation. *We have been traveling with Jet Blue for a while now.**Regards,**Diana Abifayker
