I, Lisa Fiorvante, on December *, **** was with a friend flying to Fort Lauderdale, Florida out of New York LaGuardia Airport. We got to the airport as our flight **** was delayed so we went to the bar restaurant to order food and a drink. We then found out the flight was delayed again. As we were boarding on the plane, the ticket woman told us we could upgrade our seats to the exit seats for more room, free of charge. As we were sitting down, a woman approached us and had told us she needed to move us because we are "intoxicated". She moved us towards the back as we said "No problem.". As we sat in the back within five minutes, my friend had asked the stewardess, "may I please have your name?". I then heard him tell the pilot to turn the plane around because he felt "threatened". We were removed off the plane by security, we had kept asking what we did wrong that we had to be removed from the flight. We tried talking to the security woman trying to find out what was wrong and she kept accusing us of being intoxicated. I don't understand why they would upgrade our seats or even let us on the plane in the first place if we were so intoxicated. Everything was fine up until my friend had asked the stewardess for his name. Eventually four NYPD officers came. I had asked one of the officers to please breathalyze me and I passed with flying colors. Even the officer said the stewardess probably had a bad day. I've been flying with jetblue for years and I've never had such an experience like this. I felt very humiliated and embarrassed. We had to take the next flight out being at *:**AM. The airport eventually had closed and we had to sleep in some separate part on a bench in a cold area. All I'm asking for is a footage of where my friend and I went wrong. I tried getting in touch with jetblue over two weeks ago and no one has gotten back or acknowledged my complaint. I had asked a young lady who works for jetblue, two weeks ago if there were any reports of the pilots turning the plane around to have us removed and she said there was nothing reported. Doesn't that tell you that I'm being honest? We feel we were totally wrongfully accused of something we didn't do. My friend refuses to ever fly jetblue again.
