So I was supposed to be on flight *** going to Orlando from Newark and there were some technical difficulties. I had waited hours and hours to catch the next flight to Orlando which was a good ** hours later and ended up losing my flight from Orlando to Sao Paulo. My family and I were treated with disrespect which is absolutely absurd. I soon as I got the gate I was told my family and couldnt get in the plane. Yet all my baggages were in that plane. The plane had left with my belongings and I had stayed behind. I was told my baggages would be at my final destination but I cant seem to know where they are. If my bags arent found you guys better find a way to replace all my family’s belongings. Overall, I was mistreated and I want my belongings back as soon as possible.
