Hi*My name is Pauly Pierre and I had to change my ticket due to an emergency of my health I am currently a kidney disease patient I also have in one stent in my left kidney along with multiple stones in both kidney I was in alot of pain and my medicine was out so I had to return home before time I call the JetBlue and told the agent and he charge me $***.**us dollars per person to change our tickets my daughter was with me having no choice I had to leave before time due to this emergency I am asking kindly to help me to get back some refund on my both tickets which i find to be a bit high just to change.*Thanking you in advance.**My confirmation code was*FCHNAD*PAULY RUTH PIERRE*AMANDA RUTH PIERRE.
