I was on flight ***, ONT to JFK on ******** and return flight ***, JFK to ONT on ******* seated in seat *B each trip. EACH flight the seat was broken and didn't recline. Since the flight was full no accommodation could be made. It made for a terrible flight. I was extremely uncomfortable. I paid extra money to have these seats and feel I am entitled to compensation. My ticket * ************* and TrueBlue ***********
