I just wanted to let you know that I was underwhelmed by the turkey panini I bought while on flight. I returned from Boston on flight **** on ******, *:**pm. While the quality of the food was OK, the sandwich was very cold when I bought it and it never thawed. I don't know whether you have a way of preheating it, perhaps before the flight takes off. Thank you for your time. Not necessary to reply. I just wanted to give input.
