I have included previous message below.**My husband and my flight from FLL to RDU (flight *****) was cancelled on ********. Because no other flights were departing FLL for ** hours or more, we were informed by a ticket agent by the name of Troy that we would be reimbursed for ground transportation from FLL to RDU. Because of family obligations, we opted to rent a car and make the drive. **I have attached my receipt for cost incurred. The ticket confirmation * is LDOJQY.
