Good evening, **I just returned from a trip to Turks and Caicos via Jet Blue. The trip was doomed from the start. My flight **** on ******, which was scheduled to depart at *:** was delayed until **:**. I was seated in seat **D, as soon as we started to take off I noticed a brown liquid dripping on my shoulder. I rang the bell, but since we had just taken off, the flight attendant asked that I turn off the call bell unless it was an emergency. Meanwhile the liquid continued to drip on me no matter how far I tried to lean away. By the time we reached an elevation where she could check on my my whole right side was soaked in this brown substance( which she determined was coming from a soda that was put in the overhead storage bin). She was kind enough to give me a can of seltzer to try to get the stains out , but I was soaked down to my underwear and had to sit in my damp seat and clothing for nearly the entire flight. If that wasn’t enough, my returning flight ***** on ******* scheduled to depart at *:** was delayed until *:**!!! I overheard a flight attendant telling a passenger that it was not only due to weather delays. Apparently the flight had to be rerouted to Fort Lauderdale before coming to Turks and Caicos because there were issues with the pilot. In the meantime we sat in the airport for almost * hours! Jet Blue is my preferred travel provider, but after this experience , I have lost confidence in your capabilities . This was an absolutely horrible experience and I never expected this would happen with Jet Blue****Sent from Lakiesha's iPhone
