Good Evening. My name is Elliot Martin and my wife's name is Angelia Martin. We were scheduled to fly from Atlanta, Ga. on ** Jul **** (Flt******Booking Confirmation********) at **** to JFK to catch a flight departing there at **** for Dubai. A flight delay due to the weather announced that our flight is going to be delayed and would not depart until **** and arrive at **** at JFK. This would have caused us to miss our connecting flight (departing at ****) to Dubai. We had to cancel the trip and I submitted a claim to my travel insurance company. They informed that to settle my claim, I need a letter from you on your letterhead explaining "Flight **** scheduled to depart at **** pm from Atlanta Hartsfield to JFK was delayed do to the weather and the delay would cause the flight to arrive at JFK at **** am". I request that you provide me with a letter I can forward to complete my claim. If you need anymore information from me, please contact me at the email address below.**Elliot and Angelia Martin
