I just bought tickets for my daughter and son in law. They have an ** pound emotional support service dog which they have brought on the plane before. They have an approved bag and she sits on the floor at their feet. I didn't pay for the dog when I bought the ticket because it was my understanding that it is not necessary with emotional support dogs but I want to get information from you about how this needs to be handled.
