On May **th we had a flight to Ct. we had to leave our house * hours early than when we should get to the Tampa air port we had to take SHUTTLE WHICH COST US $***. WHEN WE GOT TO THE AIRPORT WE FIND OUT OUR flight had been canceled so now we have to take our shuttle back home & cost us another $***. ** we get home & call for another flight & get one for Sat. the **th this was a special occasion as we had become fifth generation Grandparents with twins i feel that Jet Blue owes us for the transportation fee for the trip back as was not our fault.
GetHuman-mamsy did not yet indicate what JetBlue should do to make this right.
