Good Morning. My family ( mother , step father , sisters and step brother along with grand children, names of lead passengers A Denison , A Martindale , R Martindale and A Parsons) are going on holiday with yourselves under booking references * **BP**, ***JT*, ***GN* & **D*XM. This is ** persons in total. When these flights where booked we all paid the additional fee to secure the **.**am flight LS**** on **nd August ****. We have now had emails to say that the flight time has changed to **.** which was the flight we changed from. Please can you confirm that the additional fee paid for all ** travellers will be credited back to the accounts that paid them at the time of booking. Look forward to a quick positive resolve.
