Hi, I received an email from Jet*.com on the **th April ** telling me that my holiday has been cancelled (understandably) and that I would receive full repayment within ** DAYS.*The holiday details are as follows,**Holiday reference......********S**H*Destination......San Augustin*Date of departure....*th May ******As of today it is now ** days since the email from Jet* and the money is not in my account.*I need this money urgently*Please resolve this ASAP....I have shown loyalty to Jet* by rebooking next year independently so please reciprocate by *refunding this money today.*Thank you in anticipation
