I am just emailing your company to say a big thank you for sending on our reimbursement for our cancelled flight in the name of Mr J Arthur & Mrs K Arthur flight ***SQ* for **th May ****. This has been a very difficult time for us as we were due to see friends who live in Spain for our annual holiday. On April **th our friend died in hospital of coronavirus. We are very impressed with the service your company have shown to us at this difficult time. Although we will not be taking a holiday this year as we come under the vulnerable age group, we will not hesitate in booking with your company next year either flights only or holiday. We have travelled with your company in the past and the service was second to none. Thank you again for your attention and look forward to booking with you for next year.
