Jet*.com - **SFEH Booking Confirmation**due to covid** our flights were cancelled so we changed our flights from **th may **** to **th may **** at the cost of a massive increase of £***, we had pre booked extra leg room seats on the **** flight and return. everything was changed over with the exception of the seats, we have checked the flights and the seats have not be reserved, we are now worried someone else will book the extra legroom seats . so could you please let us know why the seat have not be carried over and why there has been such a massive increase in the price , yes we would have expected £***** but £*** really !!!! . The villa we had booked for **** has been rebooked for us at NO extra cost just one week later .
GetHuman-mpib did not yet indicate what Jet2.com should do to make this right.
