On **th March at boarding gate at Edinburgh to Fuertevera we were told to collect our luggage as holiday cancelled. Were told Jet * would be in touch with us. As heard nothing I emailed them asking for a refund as we were loyal customers, pensioners and saved hard for our holidays. We had or used flights, accomodation, food or drink. E mail from them said they would be in touch **-** days. Yesterday all I got was confirmation of booking (**th March)!! Tried phoning with no joy.
GetHuman-fayyule did not yet indicate what Jet2.com should do to make this right.
