My parents flight was on the *rd April from Barcelona to Leeds and the subsequent return was cancelled I have been advised by Jet * that they will get a refund if they ask for it since rebooking under the current circumstances in not advisable. The reference number is ***YFC. My parents email is *****@***.com . You can email them with the outcome of this claim but i will have to translate for them as they dont speak any English.
