Hello **We come back from a holiday we book with you in October this year we also booked a car hire with yourselves unfortunately we still have not recived our deposit from the car hire company is this something you could look into as when we returned the car back we did not recive any paper work and was informed the deposit would take about * wk to go back into the account we have checked the credit card account whitch we paid from and there is no payment from the car hire company .**Thanks Alfie
