My booking reference **NX*L LS*** to Lazarote this Saturday.*I could not check in so I telephoned the help desk. They (Andrea said 'just turn up on the day' But you keep on sending me reminders to check in. Today I even got a second text asking me to check in and use the twilight baggage service. But on line check in still does not work stating 'All passengers need to go to the check-in desk at the airport.' We would like to use twilight baggage check-in but still cant check-in on line and I dont want a wasted journey. Can you tell me what to do. Is Andre right? Or is IT right. Jet * really need to make their minds up.
