To cancel our holiday if we can’t agree on the cost. We were going to cancel our holiday because my husband has very recently had an op for a detached retina & cant fly . Jet* suggested changing the dates which we agreed to. But looking up the holiday in May **** it is much cheaper than the cost you quoted please explain why this discrepancy we understand we have to pay an excess because of the date change. You have not taken into account the cost of holidays in May & September.
