My husband has had an op for a detached retina and he is not allowed to fly we have a letter from the consultant informing him he can’t fly our holiday dates are *-**th September. When we rang jet* they told us we could change the dates which we agreed we are being charged £** each excess and £** for rise in flight fares, we have looked up the holiday which we have booked in May **** and can’t see why we are having to pay £****-** to book this holiday in May **** it is £*** even adding on the excess of £*** which makes it £**** if you are going to charge £*** more we will cancel the holiday. How much will you charge to cancel this holiday.
