I'm currently assisting my son who is backpacking, and I have encountered an issue with a canceled connecting flight. Unfortunately, we have not received any alternative options or a refund yet. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service via phone and email, we have not been successful in resolving this matter. The response from the email we received was unclear, stating "kindly assist the same." We have also attempted to request a refund on the website due to the flight disruption, but have not received a response. The flight in question was scheduled for 9/4/[redacted] from JOH to COL with a confirmation code of GOTZHZ and booking reference [redacted][redacted]. It appears that the AUH to BOM leg of the journey has been canceled without providing an alternative. Dear Team, I am Sheelu Thakur currently residing in Germany. I had made flight reservations from Hamburg to India departing on April 19th and returning on May 4th from Hyderabad to Hamburg through Makemytrip. I received communication from Makemytrip regarding changes to my Hyderabad to Bangalore flight on May 4th. Upon contacting the travel desk, I was informed that the aforementioned flight has been canceled. This is causing concern for my travel plans, especially since I have a connecting flight to Amsterdam from Bangalore. I want to express our deep disappointment with the service provided by Jet Airways, particularly the inadequate assistance from the staff and the distressing landing experience we had. Our travel itinerary involved a layover in Bombay and a connecting flight to Amritsar. Despite having specified our need for two wheelchairs due to disabilities, we faced delays and confusion with the wheelchair assistance upon arrival in Bombay. This resulted in my mother missing the connecting flight, causing us a 14-hour wait and additional expenses for rearranging transportation. The lack of coordination and empathy from Jet Airways staff was evident throughout our journey, including the return flight where we were unexpectedly rerouted through Abu Dhabi. Moreover, the landing in Manchester was extremely turbulent, causing significant discomfort and even injuries to my mother. The abrupt jolt during landing triggered the deployment of oxygen masks and opened overhead compartments, leaving passengers visibly shaken. This incident has led to my mother seeking medical attention for severe back pain, adding to our overall dissatisfaction with Jet Airways. The series of mishaps and poor service from beginning to end has deeply disappointed us, and we regret choosing Jet Airways for our travels.

Hello, My name is Mrs. Rahimunissa Khan with booking reference OMSWT6, traveling from Bengaluru, India to Birmingham, UK with my husband Mr. Ashraf Ali and daughter Miss Alisha Ali. Unfortunately, we were denied boarding due to flight cancellations without prior notice. Dear Sir, I made a reservation for Jet Airways flight from Mumbai to London on 25 Apr [redacted] under booking reference WAOFRM. Unfortunately, due to last-minute cancellations as per your email on 23rd April [redacted], I had to make new travel arrangements at the cost of Rs.3,42,[redacted]. The refund from Jet Airways amounted to only Rs.1,24,[redacted], leaving me with a significant financial burden. I had a Jet Airways flight booked for a trip from Pune to Chennai on May 12, [redacted], with the details listed below. I recently discovered that the flight was canceled without any notification from Jet Airways. This caused a lot of inconvenience as my family was all set to travel. Fortunately, I found out about the cancellation in time to arrange an alternative plan.
