I am trying to help My Son who is backpacking, you have cancelled a connecting flight and have not provided an alternative or have you refunded the money. Both my son and I have tried ringing but * hours waiting to speak to customer services is not acceptable. My son has emailed and the response was not very useful, it just said "kindly assist the same". What does this mean? *I have been on your website to request a refund due to a flight disruption but not have any response. The flight is the ******** form JOH-COL Confirmation code is GOTZHZ and booking reference is *************. As far as we can tell the AUH-BOM has been cancelled and an alternative has not been given* Please can you assist immediately so alternative arrangements can be made.* Thank you Vanessa Leyland
