Re: Lost Baggage Ref* BOM*W***** - Samir Peshori**My son travelling to India on Delta Airlines connecting with Jet Airways in Paris (CDG) to Mumbai on Flight *W *** Dec **th arriving in Mumbai on Dec **th. **Apparently he was waiting at the airport for about * hours only to be told that his baggage is missing and the representative on duty assured the the baggage will be located and delivered next day to his local residence where he is staying. It has been * days now with NO STATUS and no intimation from anyone advising where his baggage is and when will it be delivered to him. This has put my son in a binding, Unable to continue his trip further, Not having any clothes and Essentials to tide him till his baggage is found and delivered. **I expected better from an airline of the status of Jet Airways. It is embarrassing, aggravating and frustrating that the Airline officials can treat a ** year old like this and no one at Jet Airways wants to take responsibility to help him and expedite finding and delivering his baggage. It has taken quite a few phone calls for him and umpteen phone calls from my end to Jet Airways and Delta only to be led to NO RESULT. My son was advised that he will get credit of Rs.**,*** to tide him over and pay for his essentials. Do you think this is fair?? What does Rs **,*** get you nowadays - not even * pairs of his clothing let alone his whole onward trip in jeopardy!!**I am earnestly requesting Jet Airways to expedite locating and delivering his baggage urgently and Compensate him Fairly for being inconvenient and unable to continue on his onward trip.
