However* the billing statement* Meter * S ********** Customer * ********** *********** Account *: *** *** *** **** during period *******-********* showing the meter actual reading for total of *** KWH* requesting payment for $**.**. *The average monthly electrical payment of $** is because of the usage of electricity is limited to putting one light bulb “on” in the property’s garage.*The neighbor always complains of the house’s height* and there is no light inside the house* thus* has increased the darkness at night time in Lyons Avenue. The neighbor requires me leave the light on in the garage to decrease the darkness in Lyons Avenue. Otherwise there will be no usage of the electricity for that house at all.*I am requesting JCPL to verify how* the actual usage of *** KWH could be accumulated during the period* *******-********. Also* requesting* actual physically inspection for the meter* and investigate illegal activities of any electrical cable’s connection among this property’s and other house electrical cables.*Your corrective action to resolve this issue is appreciated.
