I wanted to share my recent experience with the Jell-O cheesecake products. I have always loved the convenience and taste of the Jell-O cheesecake mix, but during my last visit to the store, they were out of stock. I decided to try using the Jell-O pudding and pie filling cheesecake flavored mix as a pie filling, as suggested on the box. However, after making two cheesecakes following the instructions provided, I was disappointed with the results. The taste was off, and the consistency was runny, not at all like the cheesecake kit. Out of six people who tried it, only one thought it was okay. I paid for the ingredients and would like to request a refund. Thank you. -C.N.

On 8/23/18, I bought 3 - 6 oz packets of Orange Sugar-Free Jell-O at Walmart in Northport, AL. Upon arriving home, I noticed that the powder was spilling out of the Jell-O package without any apparent cuts on the outer packaging. After inspecting, I found that the thin paper packaging inside had cuts or openings, causing the powder to leak. I checked the other 2 packages and found the same issue with the paper packages. It appears to be a problem originating from the packaging process in the factory.

I purchased vanilla Cool and Serve 6 1/2 serving packages. Following the box instructions, I made two pancakes using 3 cups of milk per pack, as directed. After cooling for five minutes, I poured the mix into pie pans and refrigerated them. Unfortunately, the pies did not set and remained liquid in consistency. Despite bringing the product to a full boil, cooling it, and refrigerating it over 20 hours, it still won't firm up. Even after trying the freezer, it only thickened slightly and returned to a soupy state in the fridge. This experience is puzzling as I have been using this product to make pies for over 15 years without any issues.

Recently, I purchased two sleeves of 4 Jello Cups - one in orange flavor and the other in strawberry flavor. After enjoying one cup of the Orange Jello with no issues, I opened a strawberry jello cup only to find it covered in mold. The extent of mold was significant, with fuzz covering the top and the lid wrapper showing black spots. The jello itself looked extremely old. Despite the "best by" date stating Feb 12, [redacted], this was clearly not the case. I have not yet inspected the remaining strawberry Jello cups but intend to do so. This experience has left me feeling disgusted and lucky that I did not consume the contaminated cup unknowingly. I urge for better quality control measures to be implemented to ensure such incidents do not recur. This has certainly put me off consuming Jello for the foreseeable future.

I am looking for a popular lime Jello recipe from the 1960s that I can share with a friend celebrating her 45th Wedding Anniversary, where the stone is emerald. I found an interesting recipe for pistachio Bundt cake during my search, tried it, and really enjoyed it. Thank you, Sandie.

Today I bought a No Bake Cherry Cheesecake at my local grocery store, which is 50 miles away. I prepared the crust per the instructions, it turned out well. Then I prepared the filling as directed. However, when I opened the cherry topping, I found only one cherry in the entire package. The rest was just sauce. I was disappointed and felt it was not worth the money spent. Luckily, I had a can of cherry pie filling to add some cherries on top to make it more enjoyable. I hope this feedback helps improve the product in the future.

I have noticed that the Jell-O coconut cream Instant Pudding and Pie Filling in the 4 1/2 cup 3.4 oz container is no longer available at local grocery stores in my area ([redacted]). This has been the situation for the last six weeks. Despite speaking to several store managers, they have been unable to provide assistance as they have the product on order but it never arrives. I recently contacted a customer service representative who mentioned the product is still being made but was unable to offer any useful information beyond suggesting to keep an eye on store shelves. I checked Amazon, and they have limited stock at a higher price compared to stores. I am puzzled by why the product has disappeared and would appreciate some useful insights on where to find it at a reasonable price.

Dear all, I am in my late 70s, and JELL-O has been a staple in my life. I enjoy Jell-O cakes and nearly all the flavors available. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with the JELL-O crème brulee mix. The last package I bought was too watery compared to the usual mix. I got the product from Publix Market in Palm Harbor, Florida, and the expiry date was 12/NOV/[redacted]. Despite Publix's usual diligence with checking dates, this product didn't meet the standard. The barcodes on the packaging were 43[redacted]5 and [redacted]. While I can return the item to Publix for a refund, I wanted to bring it to your attention. Sincerely, Mr. B. Mylin

I've checked Publix, Aldi's, Target, Wal-Mart, and Winn-Dixie in Fort Myers, Florida, but I couldn't find the COOK AND SERVE Lemon Pudding and Pie Filling. Has this product been discontinued? I've tried the instant pudding, but I'm not satisfied with its flavor and consistency. I hope to be able to purchase the COOK AND SERVE LEMON PUDDING AND PIE FILLING again in the future.

I prepared a pie using the directions on the chocolate pudding and pie filling box tab. After refrigerating it overnight, when cutting it, I noticed the inside had turned green while the outside remained chocolate. Even the leftover filling displayed the same color change. I am unsure why this occurred after following the box instructions. Please contact me via email with any explanation.

I experienced an unpleasant taste and smell issue with Jello sugar-free pudding. The vanilla pudding emitted a strong, foul odor that spread throughout my fridge, appearing to be chemically tainted. I had to throw out the whole batch due to concerns of potential contamination during preparation. Even after meticulous cleaning and preparation of a new batch of Cheesecake-flavored pudding, the same unpleasant chemical smell developed in the refrigerator. I have always enjoyed Jello products but encountered a significant problem with the sugar-free pudding. I have kept the box and liner from the Cheesecake pudding for analysis, but in the meantime, I would like reimbursement for the inedible puddings and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with a recent Jello purchase from our local grocery store. I bought it to help my son after his oral surgery, following the instructions accurately. Unfortunately, when I checked on it the next day, it had not set and remained liquid. It resembled chocolate milk rather than Jello. I made this on Wednesday, December 15th, around 2:00 p.m., and by 1:00 p.m. the next day, it hadn't solidified. I prefer instant pudding, so I might have mistakenly picked up the wrong product. I am uncertain how to resolve this matter. Thank you. Address: PO Box [redacted], Superior, Montana, [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Name: Denise R.

Hello, my name is Shannon, and I have a suggestion. I propose creating a clear-colored jello with cherry, strawberry, or grape flavors. This would allow individuals like myself to enjoy your product when preparing for medical tests that require clear liquids, including jello without red or purple dyes. If such a product exists, please inform me of where I can purchase it. Thank you, Shannon.

I wanted to share a recent experience with the sugar-free jello and jello pudding products. I noticed that both packages from a double batch last week had contents in the paper container and the sealed box, which seemed unusual. I encountered the same issue this week and even took a picture of the unsealed end of the bag and the barcode to document it. Unfortunately, I couldn't attach the picture here. As seniors living in the countryside, we rely on stocking up when we shop and can't easily replace items by running to the store. I initially thought it might be a one-time problem, but since it happened twice, I wanted to bring it to your attention in case there is a manufacturing issue. I'm willing to email you the picture and can keep the packaging if needed. It's important to note that my husband is particular about eating only brand name pudding. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Betty J.

I recently bought some packs of Jello brand jello (regular, orange, and red). When I got home and opened the red pack, two of the 8 jellos were busted with the package ripped. I pack my groceries very carefully, so there couldn't have been damage in transit. This is very frustrating for me as I have trouble finding this jello in my local store, and it's one of the only foods I can eat due to being on dialysis. I would appreciate it if you could send me replacements for the damaged jello, as well as more than just one package. Not having suitable food is detrimental to my health. An apology and more than one coupon would be appreciated, considering the difficulty I have in finding the product. I have pictures of the damaged product that I can send via email.

Hello, my name is Brenda. I'm 67 years old and struggling to read the writing on your boxes without a magnifying glass. I believe I'm not the only one facing this issue. While I understand the importance of having warnings on the boxes, it would be helpful to have clearer instructions for making pudding. Different flavors require different amounts of milk, and it's crucial to get it right to avoid runny or lumpy pudding. It would be great if you could pass this message along to Jello. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. - Brenda Emmons

I have been purchasing Jell-O Chocolate Fudge pudding for many years, and I want to address a recurring issue that I have encountered with the packaging. While I am loyal to the JELLO brand and prefer the cooking type over instant, I have found it difficult to differentiate between the two when selecting my product. Unlike the distinction made for other product variations, such as no high fructose corn syrup, the difference between instant and cooking types is not as prominent on the label. I recently mistakenly purchased the instant type twice and only noticed it after attempting to cook the pudding on both occasions. This led to clumpy pudding due to over-stirring in an effort to remove the lumps. I suggest that the label clearly marks the type of pudding in a different color print to prevent confusion for customers like myself who prefer the cooking type. I believe a clearer label will improve the product for those who enjoy their pudding hot, such as myself.

I observed at the grocery store this week that Cook and Serve pudding packages consist of 3.0 oz of product, while INSTANT flavors contain 3.4 oz. Despite this difference in quantity, the price remains the same for both types. This applies to all INSTANT flavors versus the Cook and Serve variations, leading customers to essentially pay more for the Cook and Serve option. As all flavors are priced uniformly, this discrepancy may go unnoticed unless customers carefully check unit prices. I am curious to know the reason behind this pricing strategy.
