Went in for tire replacement due to roofing nail in tire at *.** pm to the Naples Fl, location on airport pulling road. Nail is on side and couldn’t be patched. I walked in and wasn’t greeted for * minutes until the front runner directed me to John. I told John the issue, I have a baby this is his only transport vehicle.I pay extra for road side assistance, I pay for this service. John tells me he has a tire,and That it will be done in an hour and he would call me. After an hour and a half I went after no call and they give me the car with an oil change and tire rotation that it needed as well but it was not the reason I went in today. My priority is the damaged tire and my baby’s safety. After knowing this, Jhon let’s me walk with the vehicle knowing it still has the nail and they switched the tire to the back. The car is bumpy with the nail and his lack of care really bothers me! They said Monday they will give me a tire. the Car is a compass and has no spare for whatever reason!! We just found that out. I think a new car should have a spare no matter what, even if it’s just a lease. A Jeep with no spare.... this is both dangerous and just a bad business decicion. Nobody wants a to buy a brand new car with no spare!!! For this reason I needed the car for the weekend with a good tire And now it will not be available this is a major inconvenience to me. I will not be able to move around today or Sunday with the baby. It shows that you guys dnt care about me or my kids or any passenger that got in that vehicle.. all John had to do was give a spare tire until Monday or give me a rental until Monday. Me and my wife both work and now one of us has to take the day off to pick up the car up Monday. Another hassle for me. I dnt understand why John would let me walk out of there knowing I have an infant with the nail now on the back tire and not find a solution like give me a spare to Monday or a rental car. I didn’t feel like I was treated with respect or that Jeep employees care about their customers! My name is Eli and me and my wife called and spoke to Ronda who told us that it’s not company policy to let me leave with a huge roofing nail in my tire. We then asked for manigment and she said they were busy. She gave me no options as well and told us that “they could have done something if I had asked to speak with a manager at the moment they would of helped me but now was too late because they closed in ** minutes.” I didn’t know I had to speak to a maniger to get a nail out of my tire. What bothers me the most is the lack of care for me, my wife or my son got hurt because of negligent behavior . Today felt like Jeep spit in my face and treated me like a nuisance and not a father of a kid and husband to a wife whose safety all matter. And that is a problem. Thank you for listening to my complaint. But I’f I ran a dealership no one is leaving my premises with a car that has a nail in their tire and all my employees would know that as well !!! Especially one with a car seat, I mean the lack oh humanity is what I really am sad for!! I dnt write this to have jhon or Ronda fired. I write this to help prevent anyone else to go through that kind of scenario at any of your faculty’s. God forebid something happens to us driving the car, who do I hold accountable? Like a spit in my face I can’t get my Teo hours back today. And I can’t take my family out this weekend. And know I gotta make something happen on Monday to pick up the car!! It’s wrong for them to tell me they have a tire. Not call me and when I come back they say, hey we changed your oil but we sold the last two tires in the morning!!! It makes me think they sold two bcz there was more profit in it to sell one. I could be wrong but it’s what it makes me think when they say yes we got one and two hours later no solution. Why not call me and say hey there’s no tire but we give you a rental? I dnt get it it’s like you guys dnt even care
