Our group miss our flight because a Japan Airline Manager would not listen or read paper work . His name is Mr Suzuki he was rude and disrespectful to my wife , he assumed she was a Indonesia national and demanded her Indonesia passport! Well to his surprise she has a U.S.Passport as the rest of our group . Our group miss our Tour of Indonesia it started that night when we landing in Jakarta **We landed at NRT at *:** pm fight no AA***-***-*. And we were to leave at :**pm for CGK on flight no AA ****-***-* *Our group had to leave the next day.*Plus our Family member who meant Us at NRT miss his flight because of the Negligence of the Japan Air manager Mr. Suzuki And had to stay at NRT for three days before he could fly out.**Reimburse for pain and suffering ,for Insulted in public about who we were and what we were doing.
