I entered * receipts for purchased drinks in * days and you ERASED all my points after I posted a poor comment for several reasons! And did not honor my previous points on your app which were ** as of **-** and I entered * more receipts this week from **-**-**-** and never updated my points nor honored my **** **** receipt ..nor could I create preference profile bcus you don't have the location in a huge subsidiary! I left a poor comment and ALL MY POINTS WERE ERASED THEREAFTER!!!. YOU FAILED MY PROFILE.!!!WHEN TRYING TO REENTER ALL THIS WEEK'S PURCHASED BARCODES AGAIN, YOU DENIED THE BAR CODE AS DUPLICATE!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE ******** POOR CUSTOMER MISTREATMENT AND QUITE RETALIATORY BEHAVIOR. AND YOUR APP WAS DOWN ON **-** WHILE TRYING TO ACCESS IT IN STORE. CLERKS STATED IT WASN'T WORKING AGAIN. BUT WHAT I FIND DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING IS YOUR RETALIATORY NATURE AFTER A TRUE POOR COMMENT INCITING SO MUCH FRUSTRATION AND TIME CONSUMING NONSENSE YET STILL TRYING TO MANAGE MY ACCT WITH ALL YOUR ERRORS AND STILL PURCHASING OVER **.** IN FIVE DAYS WORTH OF LIQUID PRODUCT BCUS OF UNEXPECTED MEDICAL LIQUID RESTRICTIONS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE AND MIND BLOWING.. SO THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS A TRULY MISERABLE EXPERIENCE ON TOP OF BEING ILL AND SHAME ON YOU FOR ERASING ALL MY POINTS IN RETALIATION TO MY COMMENT. * POINTS HAVE SUDDENLY APPEARED WHEN IT SHOULD BE ** PLUS ANOTHER **.** WORTH OF PURCHASE POINTS FROM **-** TO **-**. FREE DRINK AND ENOUGH ACCUMULATION OF POINTS FOR ADDITIONAL FREE PRODUCT... BCUS OF MY COMMENT YOUR COMPANY RETALIATED ! CONSUMER BULLYING AND A DANGEROUS PERSONALITY DISORDER OF WHO EVER IS RESPONSIBLE. FIX YOUR APP. GET PSYCHIATRIC ASSISTANCE FOR THOSE RESPONSIBLE. RESTORE MY ACCT. RESTORE MY POINTS. HONOR MY FREE DRINKS. GIVE A **** ABOUT YOUR CONSUMERS AND REPUTATION. I'M SAVING EVERYTHING AND KEEPING A LOG FOR FURTHER ACTION BECAUSE THIS IS JUST TOO **** RIDICULOUS AND DISTURBING.
