Came in for a reorder which I was told I can do by the manager who goes by the name Paul. I got there and was told he will not honor what he stated because I took too long to come back. It’s only been a month to date. I did not have my original receipt,but I had my bank app showing the store location and date of purchase and amount total. I did not request a refund. I simply wanted a reorder and i didn’t know there was a time limit in which I couldn’t have my order remade. I could understand months down the line,but one month and I don’t have a right to my reorder so the manager says to me?! I order * a*a* bowls and they were below sub par. Their reason being they were running low so they basically gave me the scraps it seemed. I called to complain and was told I could come back AT ANYTIME MOST CONVENIENT to me and have that order remaid. Paul was rude and very unprofessional and made me feel embarrassed by other customers by talking down to me as if I’m beneath him. This needs to be fixed or I will report this to the BBB there is no reason whatsoever that anyone should be treated the way I was treated. I even took video of his crude behavior towards me.
