RSN: Vineegar Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience, but I have been waiting for a response for three days and I am struggling to find someone to contact regarding my situation. I received a permanent ban for "Major Macroing," even though I have not used any bots since my last temporary ban. I value my account greatly and find it unfair that I received an unappealable offense from a moderator. I have tried reaching out on Twitter and the official site as well. Dear Mister Jagex, I have created a quest idea called "Chambers of Xeric Quest" that I hope you consider adding to the game. The quest involves helping Shayzien warriors recover their stolen Dragon Warhammer from the Lizardman Shaman. To start the quest, players will need to speak to Captain Ginea, who will explain the situation and ask for specific items to continue. The quest will lead players to the Chambers of Xeric where they must craft a Lizardman costume, infiltrate the Lizardman temple, and face challenges to retrieve the stolen hammer. The quest culminates in a battle with the Olm boss to reclaim the second hammer. The quest requires 60 Attack, 60 Thieving, 30 Crafting, [redacted]% Shayzien favor, and a high combat level to complete. Players will receive a Dragon Warhammer, skill experience, and access to the raid Chambers of Xeric upon completion. Thank you for considering our idea for a new quest. I have a RuneScape account created via Google Play services a month ago. Initially linked to my Gmail and played on my phone. Recently tried to access it on the desktop version but couldn't log in, prompting me to start a new account despite having my existing one on my phone. Attempts to change email and password failed, leading me to unlink my Gmail, but changing the email remained impossible causing login issues on my phone as well. After resyncing, it won't let me into my original CharlyPlaza account. Looking for assistance.

Hello! Unfortunately, my Runescape account was hacked recently for a couple of days. When I managed to log back in, I found myself in a different location on the map and noticed that some items were missing. Despite reaching out to Runescape support multiple times during the incident, the situation persisted. After I changed my password successfully and gained access to my account again, I was unexpectedly banned the following day for alleged "macroing." As a new user who only created the account five days ago, I am unfamiliar with what "macroing" entails. Research indicated that it involves botting, a practice I have never engaged in or accessed any related websites. It's evident that the hacker utilized such tools on my account. Kindly reconsider the ban on my account, as I have been penalized for actions carried out by an unauthorized individual while they had control of my account. Back in 2[redacted], I used to play Runescape religiously under the username Doug. My email was [redacted], but I no longer have access to it. Unfortunately, I can't recall which debit card was used for the membership. The account is still there, and although I had a bank pin, I can't seem to access it. I'm unsure if someone else is using it. There is a friend on the friends list who inspired me to play, but unfortunately, they're no longer around. It would mean a lot to me to regain access for nostalgic reasons. Although I have a new account, getting back to the old one would be amazing.

Back in ****-****, at the beginning of ****, I used to play RuneScape daily. My username was Doug, and I had an email address at *****@***.com. I no longer have access to that email, and I am unsure about the debit card used for the membership. I believe the account is still active as per my recent check. There's a bank pin, but with only a few pin combinations, I can't access it. Upon logging into Runescape today, I was shocked to discover that my account had been disabled due to a "Macroing Major" offense, resulting in a permanent ban. Despite using Runelite, a widely trusted tool, I was accused of unfair play with no option for appeal. I am confused about the allegations since I do not engage in any form of cheating. Oddly, my brother mentioned that my account was active while I was away, indicating a possible security breach. Surprisingly, my account is safeguarded by 2-factor authentication on both Runescape and Yahoo. I am frustrated by the lack of contact options with Jagex as their email support is unavailable. This situation is particularly disheartening as I recently renewed my membership just a few days ago.

I have been unfairly banned from my account after almost 15 loyal years. Despite the ban being linked to oldschool, I only play rs3 consistently and have never engaged in cheating activities. Recently, I suspected a hacking attempt and promptly changed my password. Regrettably, I find myself banned shortly after. My account, "enix reign," is a long-standing paying membership, and I am disheartened by the situation as I enjoy playing the game daily. Please assist me in recovering access to my account.

My Runescape name is Enix Reign. Today, I received a permanent ban for macroing on Old School, which is puzzling to me since I do not play Old School; I am an avid RS3 player. This account has been with me for nearly 15 years, and I have diligently worked on achieving high stats and multiple maxed skills. Recently, I have been participating in the Lumbridge Beach event for over a week. If there is a way to look into my account further, I am confident that you will not find any evidence of cheating. I deeply cherish this game, having been a loyal paying member for many years, and it would be disheartening to be unable to play it anymore. Initially, the player tricked me into buying items for him at inflated prices under the guise of helping with buy limits on the GE. As the scam progressed, he convinced me to purchase a significant quantity of a specific item without reimbursing me. Subsequently, he requested inappropriate actions like adding him on social media and sending a photo with a particular message. Realizing my error in trusting the player, I attempted to retrieve my funds, but he evaded responsibility and shared offensive images instead. Hello, I go by the in-game name Lee Hn, and today I received a permanent ban for alleged macroing. I want to clarify that I have not used any cheating programs or bots to benefit in the game. My main gameplay involves participating in PvM activities with my friends, and I urge you to review my chat logs with them for verification. I do use a VPN program to log in because of an issue with my account getting locked due to multiple login attempts. It's disheartening to receive this ban, especially during the double XP weekend that I was looking forward to. I recently had my account reinstated after a 7-year ban, and I fear losing it again. I would like to understand the specific reason behind my recent permanent ban (second ban). I was initially banned on July 31, [redacted], for using a bot (RuneMate), which I admit. Since then, I have removed the bot and exclusively use tools like RuneLite and Splashtop on my iPad while at work. Last night (8/14/[redacted]), I was at work using high alchemy and later logged in at home to buy Air battlestaffs and sell items from my slayer training. However, I was unexpectedly logged off, and my account was disabled. I am perplexed about what triggered this action. Can you clarify why Jagex has taken this step now? Additionally, I am curious as to why there is a delay of 3-4 days between my Membership payment being deducted and my account being permanently banned. I strictly adhere to the rules set by Jagex (RuneScape) and only utilize third-party downloads approved by them like RuneLite. Splashtop is merely a tool to access my home computer from my phone and iPad, unrelated to the game. I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me to discuss and resolve this issue.

I've been unable to access my OldSchool RuneScape account "AkitoSativa" despite having a membership and investing significant time and effort. I've submitted two Appeals without success. I suspect the issue may be related to accidentally creating a RuneScape 3 account "AkitaSativa" linked to the email [redacted] There might also be another account "Playa [redacted]" associated with the same email. I've primarily played on my phone and encountered this problem when switching to my PC on Aug-14-[redacted]. I've been occupied all day but eager to play in the evening, assuming Jagex's working hours align with those in the UK. Could I possibly receive compensation for the lost membership days?

I recently discovered that the email password does not match my RuneScape password after investing a significant amount of time and effort into resolving this issue. I am trying to access my old RuneScape account under the username 'luvlips123', but the email associated with it is no longer in use. After attempting an account recovery, I received an email stating the username is unavailable. According to Jagex, this means the username has reset and I need to login to choose a new one. However, I cannot remember any other usernames to log in with, and since the email is outdated, I am unable to reset my password. Is there a way to resolve this issue since Jagex does not provide a customer support email or phone number for assistance?

Please assist in "un-perm-banning" my account, "Ura Simp Kid," associated with the email "[redacted]" The account has only been played for about 3 days. I purchased a bond to become a member and then my cousin in Middletown, Ohio, used it for botting after hijacking it. This resulted in the account being permanently banned. I have changed the password and assure you that I have never engaged in botting. I have been playing RuneScape since [redacted] under the account "Wannal00000t" and recently returned to the game. Kindly reconsider the ban as it was my cousin's first offense on the account and the botting occurred for less than 8 hours. I am deeply passionate about RuneScape and urge you to lift the ban. Desperate to regain access, I sought help from Jagex and the Runescape team via Twitter, Reddit, and multiple emails, all without success. I yearn to recover my old account, recalling key details like reaching level 68, achieving 55 slayer, and using broad bolts with a runecrossbow in a member area. The thought of starting over after the progress I made is disheartening.
