I have been banned for suspected Macroing and Bot Busting after having my account for several years. I don't log in frequently, mainly to check on it. I make sure to recover my account annually to protect it, using long passwords and Google Authenticator for added security, but it seems my account is still under risk. Despite being a member on and off for years and investing money, I can't contact Jagex to address these issues. It's frustrating to have my account banned after putting in years of effort, payments, and memories. I am hoping for a way to recover my account or a direct way to contact Jagex for help.

Jagex made a significant error on November 2, [redacted]. I made the decision to max out my pure account, Hazard [redacted], on that day. I transferred 600m from my main account, Hazard ATL, which is nearly six years old. I have played OSRS for over 13 years without any rules broken or mutes. As an adult with a six-month-old son, I have dedicated a significant part of my life to this game. However, I was shocked when my pure account was banned for real-world trading. It perplexes me as my main account, which shares a similar name and traded the funds, remains unbanned. I hope Jagex can review and rectify this misunderstanding. I have received a permanent ban on my RS3 account due to alleged cheating with old-school runescape, even though I do not play that version and have not used any cheat software on my account. I value my time spent on this account and kindly request a review of the logins between my RS3 and old-school accounts to investigate any unusual activity. I hope to have my RS3 account reinstated, as any cheating on the old-school account was not authorized by me. If reinstatement is not feasible, I would appreciate information about the IP address linked to the old-school account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my name is Andrew and my account name is Drewk90. Yesterday, while using my phone, I was unexpectedly kicked off my account, and it seems someone accessed it and stole all my items. I have both a bank PIN and an authenticator, which should provide extra security. Despite this, my account was still compromised. I am seeking assistance in restoring my account to its state before the unauthorized access occurred. I have been a member for the past few years and the incident happened on December 1st around 12 pm. After being kicked out, I was unable to log back in as it said I was already logged in. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue where I receive the "Too many login attempts" error randomly and it can last for hours or days. It has been two days since I last logged in and the problem occurs on different accounts and devices. Interestingly, I can log in using my mobile data but not my wifi. I attempted to fix it by flushing my DNS, but this didn't work. I have tried reaching out to Jagex through tweets, support tickets, and a Reddit post in r/2007scape, but have received no responses. My username is "Iron Zeus x".

Last year, my account "[redacted]" was banned for "Macroing Major." However, I was training Agility manually on the RuneLite client when I got disconnected from the game. I suspect my account was compromised, leading to this ban for a reason I do not understand. Despite reaching out to Jagex, I have not received any responses, leaving me in the dark about the situation. I have always been a loyal member, purchasing memberships using real money or bonds. During that time, my account was not engaged in any illicit activities like trading or selling gold. Although I have made errors in the past, I have since learned from them and abided by the rules. Could I please receive some communication regarding my issue? I genuinely miss my account and the exciting boss battles I used to enjoy.

Hello there, I'm not sure if this is the right place for inquiries, but I'm not sure where to seek assistance. I have a couple of questions. I have been attempting to recover my old account using my email as the username for days, and I have finally succeeded. However, upon opening the account, all my previous progress was gone. I was prompted to create a new name and found myself back at square one on beginner's island. I'm curious about what happened to my old account that was linked to my email.

A few years ago, in October [redacted], I transferred all my account information to a new email address. I recently tried to return to playing rs3, but I encountered security questions I don't remember due to creating the account when I was younger. I can provide my old email, membership purchase receipts, previous passwords, and more to verify my ownership of the account. I invested a lot of time and effort into this account, and I would appreciate any assistance in retrieving it.

My account, Lota Fo Sho, was permanently banned due to the use of a third-party client, Runelite. I typically play two accounts simultaneously, with 95% of my game time spent this way. During this incident, it was my birthday week, and I was primarily focused on playing RuneScape as I had no job and minimal social interactions. I have a sleeping disorder which allows me to play for days on end, often taking short breaks in between. My account was established in [redacted], before the RS3 update, and I've lost access to the associated email multiple times due to hacking. Additionally, my other account, previously named L0ta f0 sh0, was also wrongfully banned for third-party client use in October [redacted]. I can provide evidence of my gameplay hours dating back to [redacted] to support my case.

I haven't logged into my account for almost a year. I've been playing ED3 because it was the best way to make money, and I've earned about 150m in more than a week. Today, when I woke up, I discovered my account is banned. I was excited to play, only to find out I'm banned because Jagex thinks I'm a bot. It might be because I don't have an authenticator, but I am setting up a pin that is supposed to be secured in 5 days. I just want to play RuneScape again.

Dear Jadex Team, I have been a loyal player of Old School Runescape for over 10 years since [redacted]. I have spent countless hours immersing myself in the world that your team has created. Despite my dedication, I am struggling with account security issues. My account was first hijacked on January 21, [redacted], and though I made all the necessary changes to emails, passwords, and pins, I have been hijacked again. Unfortunately, I have found it impossible to contact your support team for assistance during these incidents. It is disheartening to see the lack of support available, especially considering the loyal player base. All I am asking is to speak with a representative who can provide guidance on securing my account effectively. I am not even expecting to recover my lost inventory at this point. Is it unreasonable to expect better customer care from a company that relies on its players? This might be my last attempt to continue playing. I understand the consequences of my actions and sincerely apologize. I admit to using Macroing on a friend's account for runecrafting but not excessively on mine. Logging in with my account was a mistake. Rebuilding my account's skills required time and effort. I acknowledge my mistake and regret it deeply. I've been mistakenly banned for macroing, despite not engaging in such activity. Each time I appeal the ban, my account is reinstated, only to be banned again shortly after. I am unable to set up the authenticator due to ongoing issues with the Jagex website. My account name has been altered, but my login information remains unchanged. The account, now named ROLL [redacted], seems to be exploited for in-game currency farming. Jagex should be able to trace the account's activity to determine that the macroing is not being conducted by me. It would be straightforward if they could track the usage location to see if it differs from my own in Australia. It's frustrating that there's no direct way to contact them for assistance. For a company of their size and revenue, a call center seems like a necessary service to provide. I would appreciate any help with this situation as it is incredibly frustrating for me.

Hello, I recently discovered that my RS account, sdakota11, was compromised. The hacker changed my password and email address, preventing me from recovering the account. In my recovery request, I mistakenly provided outdated bank card information; the correct last numbers are [redacted], not [redacted] as I had stated. My account is approximately 13 years old, with the last known password being ladylamp99. I recall answers to recovery questions such as maxcat and Jeannie, with my zip code being [redacted] and residing in Missouri. I have always kept my account information private due to a previous hijacking incident. I am reaching out for assistance to regain access to my account, even if it means starting anew. Recently, my account was compromised by a former roommate. Upon recovering it, I discovered a significant macro ban. I've been a dedicated player of Runescape for 15 years and have never violated any rules. Regrettably, despite my loyalty, the company has not shown the same consideration towards me. I urge them to investigate the IP address and location associated with the macro activity, as it did not originate from my residence or internet connection. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive. The hours invested in my account seem wasted now due to someone else's actions. For privacy reasons, I cannot disclose my account email, so the character name affected is Purple Crate.

Hello, I have been attempting to update the email address associated with my Runescape account, which I created over a decade ago. Unfortunately, the old email I used is no longer in service, and I have since switched to a new one for professional reasons. I'm having trouble opening the RuneScape application on my Mac computer. I attempted to input the information from the support article into my Terminal, but I might not be using it correctly as it didn't work. I would appreciate help at your earliest convenience. I wish to file a complaint against Asukayenosrs for unjustly banning me from the clan chat on false grounds of impersonation and scamming. The false accusations have left me feeling intimidated, embarrassed, and harassed, as I was publicly shamed at the Grand Exchange. I am seeking support as this behavior should not be tolerated. I have screenshots of the incident and would like to address this abuse of power where Asukayenosrs mobilized clan members against me. I am considering taking legal action against this player for their unacceptable conduct.

I utilize mouse keys on my phone's default operating system without any third-party assistance. I have come across information indicating that this practice is acceptable, including a rule clarification dated January 25, [redacted], regarding mouse keys usage in Old School RuneScape. I wish to discuss my case further as I have not violated any rules intentionally. My method involves linking three keys on my iPhone 6s within the standard Settings - Accessibility - Switch Control feature to assist in gameplay, particularly for woodcutting and inventory management while fishing. Despite a previous three-day ban, I continue to believe that my actions are permissible within the game's guidelines. I attempted to seek clarification on this matter through various channels, including submitting a ticket in-game and researching online to no avail until I created a Twitter account today to reach out to Jagex.
