I am having trouble accessing my old school RuneScape account, Fluff Bear88. When I try to log in with my account email address ([redacted]), it creates a new character for me instead of granting me access to my existing character displayed on the old school high scores page. I need assistance in accessing my Fluff Bear88 character without having to start over. I have previously transitioned from RS3 to RS2 successfully. I am unable to change the email associated with the account as I no longer have access to [redacted] Any guidance on how to regain access to my old school character would be greatly appreciated. I have been a member since February. Recently, when I attempted to log in, I received a notification stating that my account has been permanently banned. Allegedly, I have been utilizing bots or macros, though I am uncertain of what that entails. As an honest individual, I am deeply offended by these accusations. Regrettably, I have decided to cancel my subscription, despite my genuine love for the game. My log-in details are: [redacted] (username) and my password is jackthe brave.

I had over $[redacted] worth of bonds in my account, but they were taken without my authorization. I suspect this was done by someone internally as I had not shared my information and the incident occurred while I was asleep. I demand a refund or a restoration of the items in my account. I am willing to take legal action if necessary, but I hope to resolve this matter amicably. Dealing with similar issues in the past has been frustrating, and I just want my bond money returned or the items reinstated in the game.

Login Issue Assistance Needed Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Old School Runescape account for the character "Roughrider." I've attempted the Password Reset process twice, but each time I receive an immediate response stating that an expert has reviewed my request, which seems too fast to be true. I'm certain nobody has actually reviewed it. I need a real person to look into my issue as I'm struggling to navigate past the automated system. Additionally, I've forgotten both the email and password associated with this account. It would be helpful if I could receive a hint about the email address tied to the account. I have been playing Runescape for 3 weeks now. Recently, I was approached by someone claiming I had won an Armadyl Godsword and asked me to visit the Facebook page "Mintmoney07" and follow some steps. I complied, clicked a link, and entered my login details. The next day, I discovered my account had been hacked. The hacker used my account to deceive others the way he deceived me. I didn't report it to Jagex initially because I thought the hacker hadn't done more damage. However, when I was on the verge of reaching level 99 in firemaking, my account got banned. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. A friend had given me a significant amount of in-game currency, and now I have lost everything. I believe a thorough investigation of my account's IP connections would reveal my innocence and potentially lift the ban. Although I know bans are typically not appealable, I hope you can review my case. My in-game username is KingLyonyx, and my email is [redacted] I would appreciate some feedback on this matter. I go by the username Umnix and I am a paying member of Old School Runescape. I enjoyed using the mobile app since its release last year until I encountered an issue. I mistakenly logged in through game centre and now I am struggling to link my email to my account. Despite creating a new email dedicated to the game, I have not been able to link it to access my account on both my laptop and mobile phone. The website mentions an option to link an email on the account settings tab of the mobile app, but I have never seen this option appear. I have attempted to resolve this problem for some time, even considering canceling my subscription due to the frustration it has caused.

Regrettably, I only noticed it yesterday, assuming it was related to billing issues. I was genuinely touched to be chosen as one of the few players in the UK. Unfortunately, due to being unwell for an extended period, I couldn't attend, but meeting the team would have been a dream come true. If Jagex is still seeking player input and fresh ideas, I would gladly offer my assistance. I have numerous concepts, both significant and minor, that I believe could enhance the game. A few years back, I proposed the player examine feature on the forums, and a player moderator commended the idea. It feels rewarding to have played a small part in this feature's implementation. I believe I am being unfairly targeted by a player moderator. Jagex, please assist me. My unfair permanent mute was recently reversed, only to be randomly reinstated. I have been playing this game since [redacted] and am bewildered by what is happening to my account. I kindly request a review of my account logs as I have not made any inappropriate remarks. I am deeply concerned about being singled out. I have also emailed Jagex support for clarification as this situation has left me puzzled. I have been inactive for the past few days and was surprised to find myself muted upon logging in today, despite not engaging in any conversations recently. Please investigate this unjust muting. I am concerned about being unfairly targeted by a player moderator. I recently had my unfair permanent mute reversed, only to have it randomly reinstated. I have been playing this game since [redacted] and am confused about what is happening to my account. I would appreciate it if you could check my logs as I have not made any racist, sexist, or homophobic remarks. I feel targeted and scared. I will also be reaching out to Jagex support via email. I have not been online much in the past few days and I did not chat with anyone today or yesterday, so it is perplexing to me why I was muted. I purchased a 3-month membership from Google Play for my account, Kylen96, on the OSRS app. I received a 7-day free subscription membership, but when I tried to log in to a membership world today, I was directed to a F2P world. I am confused as to why I was charged $29.95 for 3 months when I haven't even been able to play yet! I also made additional payments for 3 bonds to enhance my account. I completed quests like the waterfall and Dwarf Cannon to improve my skills for Slayer, Range, Thieving, and Agility. I invested in a Bone Dagger (++) for its special attack. I feel like your system has not delivered as promised. Google Play advised me to reach out to you, so here I am. I kindly request either the 3 months of membership or a refund. I am on a tight budget, and this situation is causing me to doubt the reliability of your service.

My account got hacked, and the hacker used a botting script, leading to my account being permanently banned. Initially, I thought it was a server issue until I noticed my old account was logged in world [redacted] without my authorization. I tried to contact the person on that account, but they didn't respond. Today, I discovered my account is permanently banned for actions I didn't commit. The policy states there's no appeal process for this. I changed my password and added an authenticator but can't reach out to them except through this forum or Twitter. I need help to recover my account; I'm not concerned about the items but want to reclaim my three months of membership. I hoped to use the time to progress before my real-life responsibilities start. I only wish to regain access to my account with the remaining fifty days of membership.

In December [redacted], I upgraded my phone and forgot the password to my RuneScape account, Queenlj17. I created the account around 2[redacted] during middle school and have vague memories of the email linked to an old membership account. The last time I accessed the account was in Orlando, Florida, at my mom's house on Clarcona-Ocoee Road. I've been attempting to recover my account for a year without success. I'm nostalgic for the game and really want to start playing again. The memories of my first account are still vivid, and I hope to regain access soon.

Dear Support Team, I arrived home from work to a distressing situation with my autistic teenage son regarding his banned Runescape account. Despite the ban citing Macroing in OldSchool Runescape, my son does not play that version, and the computer he uses lacks any Macroing program. He had a smooth gameplay session yesterday on the current Runescape and was involved in the 'Breaking The Storm' event. However, upon logging in today, he was greeted with messages stating his account was permanently banned for macroing. This accusation seems unfounded as we are unfamiliar with any illegal botting software on our computer. My son finds solace in playing Runescape, an activity beneficial for his autism, and I, as the paying subscriber, am concerned about how this issue will be resolved. He has invested considerable time in the game, and an unjust ban would be devastating. Hello, I would like to address an issue regarding my account, which has been banned for "macroing" even though I have not used it in years. Jagex should easily be able to verify this by tracking the IP address from the last time I logged in. I believe it is unjust to ban my account, which I have owned since [redacted] and invested numerous hours and possibly money into memberships, without offering me the chance to appeal. Additionally, I find it unfair that their account security measures seem inadequate, leading to users like me being negatively impacted. I have faced multiple instances of being hacked, resulting in the theft of in-game currency and items, forcing me to change my password on several occasions. I simply wish to have my account reinstated as I am confident I have not violated any of their rules as they claim.

Dear Jagex moderator, I recently appealed my account ban and unfortunately selected the wrong option. I have since submitted another appeal with the correct reason. My in-game name is Grim Reefah, and I've been playing since [redacted] when I saw an ad on miniclip.com. Over the years, I've introduced many friends to the game who now also pay monthly subscriptions. I was banned on OSRS three years ago for using a bot at rock crabs, which I deeply regret. I've since started a new account but long to have my original one back for the nostalgic value. I created it when I was in year 5 at school, and it holds sentimental value for me. I acknowledge my mistake and the frustration that led to it, especially with the EoC release. I hope to have my account reinstated so I can enjoy playing RS3 again. I apologize for my actions and believe the ban has been a sufficient lesson, as I've never breached any rules on my other accounts. Thank you for your consideration.

I am having difficulty recovering two of my Old School RuneScape accounts. My main account, cja1701, allowed me to change the password but when I logged in, it started me over. I want my old progress back. My second account, Warhawk00, had multiple denied recovery appeals with automated responses. Since the recovery questions are no longer available, I need assistance getting back into the game after many years of not playing. I am unable to access my accounts and fear having to restart from scratch. I am experiencing issues with two quests in the game Runescape. The first quest is "Family Crest." I am missing the 3rd piece that didn't drop from the demon Chronozon despite following recommended methods. For the second quest, "What Lies Below," I am stuck on the final part after bringing the wizard all the pieces and supposed to beat the king of Varrock down to 1hp. However, every time I talk to the wizard, I am given no options and end up outside of Varrock. I need assistance with these quests as I am unable to complete them. Thank you for your time and understanding. P.S. I miss the days when it was easier to get help through in-game services without being ignored for weeks.

As a dedicated Runescape player for over a decade, I recently received a notice from Jagex regarding my subscription payment. Due to a new bank card, my payment didn't go through. When I tried to update my payment information, I was surprised to see a renewal rate twice what I previously paid. My last 6-month subscription was £19.20, and the new rate seemed excessive. I've contacted Jagex in the past successfully, but currently, there seems to be no way to reach out to them for clarification. It's frustrating not to have a direct line of communication with Jagex to address this issue.

Hello, my username is hongkong257. I recently returned to playing full time after a 5-6 year break. I have been grinding hard and chatting with friends and clan mates while in the wild trying to pk. However, I got unexpectedly logged out and upon attempting to log back in, I received a message stating my account has been disabled. This situation is very frustrating as I have a membership and purchased bonds. I urgently need this issue resolved before my 2-day ban ends. I do not want to remain banned and have this stain on my account history. My friends and clan mates can vouch for my legitimate gameplay and I am not involved in any botting activities. I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly before jumping to conclusions to prevent any further actions.

I have recently received a ban for Macroing and Bot Busting on my account. I have been a user for around 15 years, logging in sporadically to check on it. I make it a point to recover my account annually to maintain its security. Despite using lengthy passwords and enabling Google Authenticator for added protection, my account seems to have been targeted, and all my efforts to keep it secure have failed. I have been a loyal member, intermittently investing my own money into the game. It is frustrating that I am now banned after investing years of effort, payments, and fond memories into my account. I am unsure how to reach out to Jagex for assistance or how to safeguard my account from future issues.
