Hi Jagex,**I am writing this email to request an appeal. I apologize for even writing this email because there was no other method of communication I could find, and because there are a few things I need to get off my chest before I feel like I will be able to move forward.**I am writing this email to tell you how disappointed I have been with its current game state and customer service. Recently, I've had one of my new accounts banned. If you're reading this and thinking uh oh, this guy is just going to complain and complain, then you probably should just close this email and delete it. If you even care a **** lick about how I feel, please continue to read. **I've been playing RS ever since it was released in the early ****s. It was my childhood game from middle school to my early high school career. I enjoyed the simple mechanics and graphics that made it easy to play and understand. I had poured hundreds of hours playing this game to get it to the character I wanted. Everything was going well until RS* was initiated and you all tried to switch into a newer platform. You guys transferred my account into the newer playmode and I had tried getting into it, but it was not the same. I had given up hopes of ever playing the game again because honestly, it just sucked. Everything that I had liked about the game disappeared when RS* came around.**I was ecstatic when I heard you all were bringing back old school runescape. I was eager to back to leveling my old character and other accounts. However, I was disappointed to hear that you all had reset all the account levels. I had tried to initially appeal this, but was denied. Apparently the hundreds of hours I spent over the past * years was not enough for you guys to give me back the account I had created, and regretfully, I began regrinding again into a new character.**If you've read this far, bravo. I promise there isn't much more. As with everything in life, there came to the point where responsibilities overcame to the amount of time I was able to play and I had to discontinue playing for several years. I came back to RS after seeing you guys had made RS available for mobile. **To my astonishment, my accounts I worked on a few years back had been reset again! I am almost just baffled just by how obstinately ignorant and unsympathetic you all are. If I could erase my past efforts and be as good as you all are at resetting accounts, I could probably erase my regrets of ever playing RS!**Long story short, you guys can probably guess what my recent account had been banned for. I am old in my mid **s and have other responsibilities to fulfill, yet I still enjoyed the game enough that I wanted to play. The thought and agony of needing to regrind and retrain into my original character of * years was too time consuming, and I succumbed to the use of macrobot. To further rub salt into my wounds, I had purchased * OSRS bonds * day before I tried a bot program, and * days later, you all decided to permaban my account. **That's it. That's my story. I am ** year old medical student, taking care of patients every day and working long hospital hours. I work, study, and try to play RS on my free time. I understand fully well I am in the wrong because I had broken one of your in game cardinal rules, and I fully understand I probably will not be able to obtain a refund for the bonds I purchased, nor could I ever re-obtain my account. Congratulations, you finally made it to the end of this long email. I wish you all the best of luck in RS. I am just happy to say that I will no longer be apart of that adventure going into the future. **Best**Nora
