I started playing Old School Runescape again about a year ago and I put an Authenticator on my account. Recently I had to move and I was without internet for a while. My email was inactive for a while and was deleted. I also changed phones and no longer have the authenticator app. I’ve been trying to change emails since mine was deleted, so I can disable my authenticator, but my appeal keeps being denied and I’m not sure why. I’ve provides all the requirements information, I’m not sure how else I can prove the account is mine.
