******** my wife & I went to Jack in the Box location in Spring, TX ***** on Spring-Cypress Rd. Rebecca, rep, was rude, ill mannered, discourteous harsh and stupid. My wife & i were treated very badly with little service, no please or thank you and harsh, crude & rude attitude by this short, fat Hispanic female. It was about *:** AM and no lights were on at the menu board or no outside lights. Rebecca said "what do you want? Drive up to the window now". Was PO'd because I wanted sugar & cream with my coffee. Gave no receipt & had attitude when I asked for one. If she doesn't like working early, then fire this poor excuse for an employee and get someone who knows customer service and is not crude, rude & stupid
