My experience at the Jack in the Box located at [redacted] N. Main Street in Manteca was extremely disappointing. When I placed my order at the drive-thru, the young man assisting me was incredibly rude from the start. Despite my attempts to inform him about a coupon I had, he seemed disinterested and proceeded to mishandle the transaction. His behavior was completely unprofessional, using inappropriate language and displaying a poor attitude throughout the interaction. The lack of respect and courtesy shown to me during this visit was unacceptable. I feel compelled to share my experience as a customer in hopes that management addresses this behavior. I arrived at the Lusher Road location around 9 p.m. on Christmas Eve and waited in the driveway wondering if the place was open. After honking for attention, the attendant rudely affirmed they were open despite the lack of response earlier. I apologized and placed my order with a young lady at the window who was understanding. However, the manager inside was cursing and rude to customers. I witnessed the young lady being disrespectful to a customer in front of me, and when she returned to give me my food, it was evident the service was poor. My sandwich was disappointing, with a hard bun and wilted lettuce and tomatoes, making me regret spending $12 on the combo due to the subpar quality.

I am deeply concerned about the treatment my son, Wesley S., received while working at your store #[redacted]. His second paycheck, for the pay period ending November 30, [redacted], was short $[redacted] as he was only paid $30 for 20 hours of work. Despite claims that he did not show up or left early, I have evidence from his phone tracker proving he was present during his scheduled shifts. Furthermore, he was sent home by an individual known as "Tank," allegedly under the orders of the store manager, "Jaz," resulting in him losing 6 hours of work on one occasion. I have attempted to address this issue through your website and messenger with no response. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly as it sets a poor example for my son and reflects poorly on your establishment's management. If necessary, I will escalate this matter on various public forums.

I recently began working at a Jack in the Box in Washington state and encountered difficulties with my manager. Despite being unwell, I showed up for work the day after calling in sick to avoid being taken off the schedule, only to be sent home by my manager, Jen, who had already informed another employee of my removal from the schedule. When I inquired via text if I had been terminated, Jen responded that she needed trustworthy employees and had redistributed my hours. She refuses to schedule me but also won't terminate me to prevent me from claiming unemployment. These issues, including communication via text messages with my manager, have left me unsure of how to proceed with my job at Jack in the Box. It appears the management at the Longview, Washington branches may be uninterested in addressing these concerning and potentially illegal actions.

I recently visited Jack in the Box at Cooper and Ray in Gilbert, AZ with a $4 coupon for a Jumbo Jack combo and donut holes. I requested a diet coke with my order. At the drive-thru, I was initially overcharged and had to remind the cashier about the coupon. After the payment was adjusted, I received my order but realized the donut holes were missing. Despite trying to call the store about the missing items, I couldn't get through. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. I hope to address these ongoing service problems. I have information regarding a concerning incident at a store in Greeley, Colorado. Chloe Pinon's check was stolen and cashed by an employee named April Rodriguez who was a night shift lead. Despite Chloe's attempts to get a replacement check, it was never provided. The situation is complex because Chloe's relationship with the manager's daughter, who happens to be the one who took and cashed the check, influenced her decision to stop pursuing the replacement. It is important for Jack in the Box to look into this matter and take appropriate action to address the theft of Chloe's check by April Rodriguez in Greeley, Colorado.

Yesterday at 5 am, I purchased a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit at the drive-thru located at Hesperian and Hacienda in San Lorenzo. I consumed it on my way up north. However, upon arriving at my destination around an hour and a half later, I experienced severe diarrhea and still feel unwell. I am concerned about the workers being tested for Covid and the potential contamination in the food, specifically the sausage. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter. I recently stayed at a hotel resort and spa on Hacienda Blvd in Hacienda Heights. There's a Jack in the Box next door, and I've visited more than 15 times in the past week for quick meals. Unfortunately, every time my family or I visited, there were issues with our orders. While I don't have physical receipts, I have a record of transactions on my card. I have consistently encountered order errors at my regular fast-food joint, and today was no different. While trying to place an order in the drive-thru for my non-English-speaking mom, the employee insisted only the driver could order. When my mom tried to communicate in Spanish later, the worker claimed we were just saying "hello." The situation escalated until the manager intervened, blaming technical issues. I was charged three times on 4/26/[redacted] due to app malfunctions. Despite the app indicating the order wasn't placed, I checked my bank and found no records until I saw the charges from Store [redacted] later. Despite leaving messages for the manager and calling numerous times, I received no response. Today, upon speaking with a rude lady at the store, she insisted I contact the party I ordered from. Hello, I purchased two Supreme Croissants breakfast sandwiches and three poppers on May 16, [redacted], at 1:55 pm. Unfortunately, while the poppers were satisfactory, the Supreme Croissants were stale and seemed old. I was concerned about the quality and freshness of the ingredients, especially the egg, ham, and bacon. I found the egg to be old and reheated, while the bacon and ham appeared stale. The experience left me feeling ill, though thankfully I recovered within 24 hours. This has not been the first time I have had issues with the Supreme Croissants from Jack-in-the-Box. I hope they reconsider their practice of not preparing the sandwiches fresh upon order and instead serving pre-made ones that may be past their prime. The quality of the ingredients, particularly the over-cooked eggs and tough bacon, needs improvement. I placed an order on the mobile app, but when I went to pick it up, the associate said they didn't receive it. However, I was still charged on my card, and I have enough funds. When I asked for the customer service number, I was told to check the website. Dealing with Jack in the Box customer service has been frustrating as I couldn't reach anyone. I want a refund for the food I paid for but didn't receive. My order number is [redacted]9, and I visited the location at [redacted] SW 336th St, Federal Way, WA [redacted], on 5/26 at 3 pm. I tried calling the restaurant four times, but no one answered, which is not acceptable.

I visited the drive-thru at the location on [redacted] S McCarran Blvd, Reno, NV [redacted] between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m. My order included a number 10 with curly fries, a number 3 with curly fries, 2 tacos, and 2 cheesecakes. I realized the number 3 was missing after I left, so I returned to the drive-thru. There was some initial disagreement, but the supervisor eventually agreed to correct the mistake. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed the curly fries were still missing. I went inside where I encountered both rude employees, with one displaying aggressive behavior. I left behind the incomplete order and left the store. One of the employees followed me out to my car as I was leaving.

I attempted to order from the Jack in the Box app and scheduled a pickup time. Unfortunately, the app was not functioning properly, so I canceled the order twice. However, I later discovered that both charges were deducted from my checking account. When I visited the store, they were unable to assist me with app orders and refunds. I reached out to Jack Listens but have not received a response. As I did not receive the orders, I am seeking a refund. Since I have initiated a dispute with my bank and my account is now closed, I would prefer to receive a refund in the form of a check or a gift card for the charged amounts.

I experienced an issue with Jack in the Box's mobile app where I was charged multiple times for the same order due to error messages popping up. Even though the charges were eventually reversed after a few days, I reached out to their help desk through a provided link. They responded via email and asked me to contact them back. When I called, they mentioned they couldn't assist with the money hold or bank fees but offered a free combo certificate or additional perks on the mobile app.

The lack of customer service from Jack in the Box in South Lake Tahoe is evident. They require you to select a city and state, but surprisingly, options for Lake Tahoe or South Lake Tahoe are absent. The only local Jack in the Box is desperately needed in this town. However, it's disappointing that it only operates a few hours a day for breakfast and lunch, closing early in the afternoon. This shows a severe lack of management from the corporate and regional level. Despite a number of job seekers in the area, the restaurant claims to be short-staffed and not hiring, turning away multiple applicants. It's clear that there are operational issues that need urgent attention.

I had three instances where I visited the store on 35th Avenue and Buckeye in Phoenix, AZ [redacted]. Each time, the lobby door was locked during their posted business hours, and I was not allowed to place an order. This was frustrating as I walked there during my lunch break. The drive-thru employees mentioned they didn't have staff for the lobby. I wish for the management to address this matter, provide an explanation, and offer a complimentary meal for the inconvenience. I also observed a tip cup at the drive-thru, which goes against the company policy I am familiar with. While bringing up my concerns, I noticed a police officer being served while I was asked to leave under a threat of arrest. I seek prompt resolution and request to be contacted. Thank you.

I had a very unpleasant experience at your Carefree store located at [redacted]. I was treated disrespectfully and even cursed at by an employee. When I asked why my order was taking so long in the drive-thru, he rudely replied, telling me to go elsewhere if I was unhappy. He refused to provide his name and I had to insist on receiving a receipt. To make matters worse, my order was wrong and cold. The employee's language and behavior were unacceptable, especially since my 2-year-old daughter was present. I demand a refund for my meal and an apology from the employee. This incident has left me disgusted and I doubt I will ever return to your establishment. I will also be sharing my negative experience with everyone I know.

On December 15th, I bought lunch at the Jack-in-the-box on Craig Road, store # [redacted]. The order # was [redacted] with a [redacted] merchant category code. When checking our bank account, we noticed that we were billed twice for the transaction. I understand errors occur, but I kindly request a refund or a Jack-in-the-box gift card to rectify the situation.
