I'm just looking to either get a refund for my purchase. There's a real need for customer interaction with this young lady. My receipt has a name but I don't think it's the young lady who did this.

Get a refund or a coupon for purchase at another location. ... I arrived at your location on Lusher Road around * pm. on Christmas Eve. I was in the driveway for a little bit but no worry. I ask was the location open and got no response. Several cars were leaving as I thought they were closed. I tapped my horn to see if I got a response and the attendant response was do u see the other * cars in front of u, of course we were open very rudely. I apologized for the incident, and placed my order. Upon getting up to the window, a young lady was there. As she handed me my drink, I apologized again. She said no issue. The manager was behind her cursing at the inside customers and was entirely rude. I then watched this young lady come outside to a customer in front of me vehicle and gave him his order. She had forgotten his drinks and approached my car while I was at the window. She was vulgar with the man in the vehicle in front of me. She stated every business in this neighborhood is closed and we should be as well. She was very very rude. When she went back in, she went to the back and prepared my food. I received the worst service and food possible. I ordered a sandwich that the bun was so hard it seemed like it had been sitting for a long time or was the trash bin. It was not warm and was old as the lettuce and tomatoes were wilted. I spent **.** on the combo as was very displeased.
My burger was placed upside down in n the box intentionally. My experience was upsetting as if she done that to me, there has to be others.
Refund or coupon for my next visit.
I eat Jack in the Box at least once a week. I have on a couple of blocks away from my home. I just happened to be close to the location listed and went there. I am not going to say I won't revisit the franchise, just not that one.
