I am experiencing service issues with my delivery person. He does not show up consistently, and sometimes I have to contact him. Despite assuring me of promotions, the products on the invoice reflect regular prices. After not showing up as promised, he mentioned he would come today, but I have not seen him yet. My stock of Jack Link's products is running low, and this problem never occurred with the previous delivery person. Often, the products are not on promotion when he delivers, forcing me to sell them at regular prices. Conversely, a gas station nearby always has the products on promotion. I suspect it is the same person handling both locations. He frequents the gas station but neglects my store. I would appreciate if you could investigate and resolve these issues. Thank you.

I bought a pack of Beef Jerky from Target today. When I tried to have a late-night snack at home, I realized that the jerky had mold on it after eating several pieces in the dark. It's supposed to be good until 07/22/[redacted], but it was inedible. I've been sick and am concerned for my son, who is also highly allergic to mold. I need to be more careful with his snacks now. I recently purchased the JUMBO Jack Links Sweet and Hot jerky. I am a big fan and addicted to this flavor. However, when I opened the bag, I discovered it wasn't the Sweet and Hot flavor I love; instead, it seems to be the original or teriyaki. I only had one bite before realizing the mistake. I paid $15 for the bag, and I eat a bag of Sweet and Hot jerky daily, spending around $8 a day. The store where I bought it wouldn't assist me. The packaging asks for a date and batch code, which I can't see clearly, possibly due to it being a Canadian site. Hello, I noticed that there is a promotion for MW2 codes when purchasing your jerky. I bought 8 packs hoping to receive 8 MW2 codes, but I ended up getting 8 Vanguard codes instead. However, these codes are not only expired but also for the wrong game. I would like to inquire about the possibility of exchanging or receiving a refund for them. It seems misleading to have expired promo codes for a different Call of Duty game, especially when there is a current promotion for another game.
