Help with my Jabra issue

I ordered a Jabra Elite **t charger case with express shipping and was not sent any confirmation email, so I do not have a tracking or order number. I ordered on Saturday night, so with express shipping should have been here Monday. It is Tuesday and I have not received it and have no way to track the order, all while my credit card was charged. I can't give you an order number because I didn't receive one, but I can give you a paypal receipt if requested. My name is Shak and the e-mail I entered was *****@***.com, phone number is ***-***-****. I would like to be refunded as I paid for express shipping with the intent of receiving it Monday as I am currently out of the country and wanted to receive the package before I went back home. If you could resolve this issue in a timely manner that would be greatly appreciated.
