I lost my phone two weeks ago and I haven't been able to get accessed to my mobile Chase account until yesterday. I found out that Chase let this company Hazing Fun charge me for no reason. I believe it is of the amount of almost $* . However, I also found an email where they are attempting to charge me $** dollars. However, to my surprise today, my card got locked and when I tried depositing it says that my card is not active. I want you to fix this right away. I was trying to buy a few things because it is cyber Monday. Nevertheless, I am upset that this is happening and Chase did nothing to help. I've been trying to get on the phone. I do not have one to attempt to. So i want you to fix this immediately.
