I disputed a transaction on my Chase Debit card yesterday, believing it had been resolved. Despite being assured that a credit on my account would prevent the charge from going through and incurring an insufficient funds fee, it seems the dispute was not processed, leading to the charge being deducted. I was not sent an email confirmation regarding this matter.

I am currently in the process of applying for the Global Knowledge Network Analyst Program (Summer Internship) in China. On the "Attach Your Resume" stage of the application, I am given the option to upload my resume along with any "additional files" that might be necessary for the position. However, there is no mention of these additional files in the job description. I would appreciate it if someone could direct me to where I can find the requirements for these additional files, or if possible, inform me via email about what is needed for this position. I have thoroughly searched for this information and do not want my application to be disqualified for not meeting all the necessary requirements. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Customer Service, I am contacting you regarding a transfer I recently received from a payee account to be credited into my bank account. The payment appears to be for a shipment of an item purchased from me, and I understand that you may need to verify its legitimacy due to it being an international transfer. To proceed with this transaction and have the funds credited to my bank account, I will complete the deposit as requested. Once done, I will send the Transfer Receipt in .JPG format for verification purposes. Thank you for your assistance with this matter. I appreciate your attention to detail in ensuring the security of my transactions. Sincerely, Anjaneyulu Vema

Hello, I'm Patty McCrady from Blackhawk Bank & Trust. One of our customers recently informed us that a check they wrote to a merchant has not been received by them. The check in question was cleared on 08/22/19 with a JP Morgan Chase routing number under BOFD. The merchant claims they do not have any affiliation with JP Morgan Chase Bank. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me regarding this matter. Thank you.

I recently received an email from [redacted] with the subject "Pending credit to your account - Please approve." The email stated that there has been a pending credit on my account for the past 48 hours and requested me to review the transaction by clicking a link. However, I am puzzled because I received this email on my office email address, which I have not linked to my Chase account. I have only provided my personal email address to Chase. Why would I receive such an email on my office email instead? I am concerned if this email could be a spam mail.

Regarding [redacted] Brent Drive Dallas TX [redacted] Hello, I wanted to address an issue with the property we purchased in [redacted]. The property is actually located in Denton TX, and there seems to be a problem with a lien that Chase Bank had from a previous transaction involving Grand Homes. CitiMortgage financed the property and paid off Chase Bank, with the understanding that the lien would be released. However, it has come to my attention that the Chase Bank lien was never released, causing me difficulties with refinancing. Unfortunately, the Title Company that handled the transaction has gone out of business, which complicates matters further. I urge you to investigate this issue, as my attempts to resolve it directly with your bank have been unsuccessful. If I do not receive a response within the next 7 days, I will be forced to seek legal counsel to address this matter. I hope we can resolve this amicably before it escalates further. Thank you.

I recently lost my phone, hindering my access to my Chase mobile account until yesterday when I discovered unauthorized charges by a company called Hazing Fun totaling nearly $3, as well as an attempted $40 charge. Today, I was faced with a locked card and inability to deposit. This issue is distressing, particularly on Cyber Monday when I intended to make purchases. Despite my efforts to contact Chase, I have been unable to reach them without my phone. Kindly address this matter promptly.

Edward C. Wall recently updated his automatic deposit information to his checking account, changing the source to Sentinel Life Insurance. Sentinel Life Insurance requires a voided check to verify the new account, which Mr. Wall does not have since he does not write checks. Instead, he can provide a bank statement from JPChase for verification. Mr. Wall faced issues obtaining this statement at the St. George, UT branch. John C. Riccardi, acting on behalf of Sentinel Insurance, is seeking a quick response to this request to ensure the monthly deposits continue smoothly.

I have been locked out of my Chase checking account due to 'suspicious activity'. The issue seems to be related to a Zelle QuickPay transaction I made recently. I am unable to access my account online or via mobile, which is urgent as I am expecting direct deposits. I have contacted customer service and visited a branch, but have not found a solution yet. I urgently need help with this matter. Thank you.

I have had my car in bankruptcy for a few years, and now I am attempting to make a settlement offer to Chase so I can move forward. I completed the bankruptcy process about a year ago. Despite my attorney's efforts to contact them, we are getting the runaround. The car is currently on my landlord's property, and I am unable to get it inspected due to engine issues. I am looking to either settle the debt or have the car repossessed. I don't want to invest money into repairs unless I can resolve the situation with Chase. My landlord is aware of the car's status and has shown concern. I am at a loss on what steps to take next.

While reviewing my credit report two nights ago, I noticed a recent inquiry regarding a JP Morgan Chase business card application made on March 8, [redacted]. I did not authorize this request, and I suspect it may be related to identity theft. Additionally, an attempt was made to change my mailing address from Oklahoma to Florida, which is currently being investigated by the postal service. I kindly request the cancellation of any card application associated with my name. I have faced challenges with JPMorgan Chase in the past due to an error on their part which adversely affected my credit score. Despite their acknowledgment of the mistake, the consequences were significant. It has taken me years to rebuild my credit history, and I am concerned that this recent incident may jeopardize my progress.

Dear Sir/Madam, I recently received a phone offer for a 1-year Cash ISA with JP Morgan and Chase at a 1.9% interest rate. I am concerned if this offer could be a scam due to the attractive rate. I am considering transferring my ISA with over £80,[redacted] from Nationwide. Below you can find the latest details from the email I received. Thank you, [redacted]

As a retired employee who transitioned from Bear Stearns to JPM, I recently had my wallet stolen, which included my credit cards and Chase ID. I have managed to replace my credit cards with the help of the branch on 72nd and Lex; however, I still need to replace my Chase ID. This ID was crucial for visiting museums in the city. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in obtaining a replacement ID. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Susan Faux-Lewis [redacted] East 74th Street, Apt 16B NYC [redacted]

I have been a customer of Chase for over 13 years, with 3 accounts currently open. Recently, I received a notice online informing me that all my accounts will be closed and my access to Chase online will be discontinued. Trying to log into the app revealed that my account was locked due to suspicious activity, prompting me to call Chase for assistance in unlocking it or resetting my password. Despite speaking with 3 representatives, they were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation and informed me that I can no longer bank with Chase. I then received a letter offering a chance to potentially save my account by providing requested information, but I'm uncertain about the process. I prefer to continue banking with Chase and switching everything to a new bank would be highly inconvenient.

I have received multiple calls from you over the past three weeks. Today, I was informed about a past-due account by one of your representatives. They provided me with another number to call. When I reached out to that number, they requested personal information like birthday, social security number, and name to locate the account. Although there had been issues with the account due to possible theft, I never received any of the items associated with it. I am reaching out to address any outstanding balances or issues that need to be resolved.

I have multiple Chase credit card accounts under my wife's name, Cheryl S. One is an Amazon Visa ending in [redacted]. We noticed unauthorized fees on our statements, including interest and late charges. We tried contacting Chase Customer Service with no success. After reaching out to the Chase Executive Office, Wilmer said he would investigate but never followed up. Speaking with Jacob from the Sapphire Preferred Division, he claimed to have resolved the issue. However, Wilmer recently contacted us with confusing information about another card. We are seeking a fluent English-speaking supervisor to reassure us that everything is resolved. This situation goes beyond late fees. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you.
