I mistakenly purchased a monthly subscription on your site while trying to leave the subscription page on my phone. I had been considering this purchase for a while but now I'm not interested anymore. It's odd that your system didn't ask for confirmation before the purchase, which is standard procedure. As a Jdate member, I recently canceled my subscription renewal due to a decline in your services over the years. I am experiencing issues uploading a photo - my second attempt is pending with no resolution on the first one, which was a clear picture of my face. I have noticed that the member base seems lacking as I am not receiving notifications for matches who have been inactive for many months. The lack of eligible members is disappointing. I will maintain my profile until the subscription ends but will not be recommending your services to others. It is frustrating to feel like your company is not delivering on its promises and is potentially misleading customers. I would appreciate a refund for the subpar service provided. This morning, my girlfriend, who I met on Jdate two years ago, discovered that my account showed I was online today, which I was not. I tried to delete my account to address this issue, but it displayed my last activity as two years ago. Unless my account was hacked, there seems to be a bug in showing the correct online status. It's crucial that you provide a formal response acknowledging this issue so I can clarify things with her.

I have received numerous flirt messages from hacked accounts all containing the same content. About an hour later, my account was unexpectedly restricted or removed. This is the third message I am sending to address this issue. I am urgently seeking to have my account reinstated and to receive a credit for the inconvenience caused. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate it by contacting my credit card company and filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's Consumer Division due to existing internet consumer protection laws. I am troubled by the lack of ability to speak with a representative, especially when I am not at fault, and my account was compromised due to inadequate security measures against hacking. Louis G. I purchased a 1-month subscription to JDate for $59.99. Despite my payment being processed and my profile being approved, I am constantly prompted to subscribe whenever I try to access any features on the site. Even when attempting to read my 3 messages, I am informed that I must be a subscriber to do so. Any assistance would be appreciated. I go by Lonestar Lady, 53 on JDate.

When attempting to login to my profile on Jdate using my email at [redacted], I encountered an error message stating, "Oops are you human," preventing me from proceeding to enter my password. Following a previous call to Jdate on Wednesday, January 8th, where I cleared the cache data per a recommendation from the tech support person, I am still unable to access the site. I have work scheduled for Thursday, January 9th from 8am to 3:30pm. I kindly request a call around 5:15 or 5:20pm tomorrow to provide guidance on resolving this login issue. If the problem persists, I may need to cancel my three-month subscription and seek a refund. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution as I genuinely enjoy the service provided by your site. Hello, I have been a non-paying member with a profile for many years. I do not understand why I am asked to constantly change my password. I changed it again in April. Now, I cannot sign into the website. I can't keep changing my password as often as you want me to. I am doing nothing wrong. I have an account and a password, but you won't let me into the website. After working on my profile and submitting my profile picture, I hadn't engaged with any users yet. While I was ready to commit as a paying member, I noticed that the price I was initially offered had suddenly doubled the next day. I find this sudden increase unfair. I was interested in trying the service for three months at the price of $24.99, but when I returned the following day, that offer was no longer available. Given that I am new to online dating, the three-month subscription option seemed most suitable for me at this time. I'm hoping that your site can assist me in finding potential matches that align with my preferences, but I won't know unless I try. I kindly request that the original price I was quoted be honored, as the price increase caught me off guard and doesn't appear to be transparent or ethical.

Following the payment, numerous fake flirts and repetitive messages flooded my inbox from various locations worldwide. Subsequently, my account settings, email, and password were altered, resulting in being locked out of my account. To address this alarming situation, I have raised a dispute regarding the charge due to the lack of benefits received. I aim to regain access to my account promptly. Although I provided my email, I prefer direct communication and urge for a phone call at (***)***-****. To the Attention of the Jdate Support Team, I would like to report a security issue with my dating account. It appears to have been compromised as my login email was hacked, and the hacker changed my password. Upon logging in, I discovered that the hacker was sending messages to women using my profile. I have deleted some of these messages. Attached below is a screenshot showing the phone number the hacker provided, where they impersonate someone else. I request for my account be completely wiped and reset, while keeping my membership intact. I will then create a new account with a stronger password. Kindly investigate this matter promptly and improve the security measures on Jdate accounts to prevent such incidents in the future. I recently discovered an unauthorized charge on my credit card for your website. I have never used your site before and would like a refund or more information regarding this payment. This occurred on Thursday, April 8, [redacted], for around $27. The transaction was made using a AK USA Federal Credit Card ending in [redacted] between 7 pm and 8 pm AK time. The card had been activated just two hours prior, at 5 pm. Thank you.

My account got suspended, possibly due to hacking or fraud suspicions. I was instructed to send my ID to the jDate email, but I can't find the email address to use. My billing address is in Georgia while I reside in Israel. Please unblock my account. I made a payment approximately a week ago but am now locked out with an "authentication error." Once this matter is resolved, kindly prolong my account for the days I couldn't access it. I purchased a three-month subscription. Thank you. - J. Witt

This is my 6th attempt to address an ongoing issue with my JDate account. I signed up for the 6-month plan on June 12, [redacted], but upon logging in, I discovered my profile was from an old account. This glitch prevents me from messaging other members, as it keeps defaulting to my outdated profile. Even when attempting to edit it, the system blocks me. Despite reaching out to customer service repeatedly, the problem remains unsolved. I am frustrated that almost a month of my subscription has elapsed without being able to utilize the service as intended. The Facebook sign-in option also failed to resolve the issue. Hello, I need to report a concerning experience I had on JDate. A former member, who has since left the site, contacted me under the name of Daniel Ben-Ari claiming to be from Australia but working in Geneva. After some research, I suspect his real name is Daniel Besser. He seemed eager for us to meet despite the long distance. Although he didn't request money, his behavior raised red flags. I urge the site administrators to investigate if anyone by the name of Daniel Ben-Ari was a past member, as I believe he may not be who he claims to be. Thankfully, communication with him has ceased. Neusa Appler Siegel, I have been in contact with a man from JDate using the nickname "1niceguy" for about a year now. We exchanged emails and phone calls daily, and he eventually suggested we leave JDate to get to know each other better. Despite the distance between us (he lives in California, and I reside in Cudjoe Key, FL), I planned to rent a place in California for a year. However, he recently confessed that a neighbor had kissed him and things escalated, making him uncomfortable with me visiting Redondo Beach. Although I had already arranged to rent a place there for late May, I still want to visit the city. Feeling lonely as a widow of Ronald Siegel, I considered reactivating my JDate profile to meet new people, but I was surprised to find out that I'm not allowed to join the site anymore and I'm unsure why.
