I placed an order ** days ago - order number **********. It was guaranteed to arrive on or before December *, which was yesterday. I have not heard about its being shipped nor have I received a tracking number. Yesterday morning I called your customer service number twice and on both occasions was placed on hold for ** minutes, before being disconnected. This is truly is a scandalously bad customer service!!!*I am traveling abroad today and if the order does not arrive by then, there will be no-one to receive it for the next month. Besides, a part of the order is a present that I was planning to take with me.*I want to be know what is going on with the order and if it does not arrive today, I want to be reimbursed for it immediately. Deplorable experience! *I
