I bought a petite lodge coat on ****. I already knew my size since my friend has the same coat, so when it arrived I cut the tags off. I’ve only worn the coat two times to work and the zipper is already broken. The coat will not zip. I even tried zipping it with the coat off, but it won’t budge. I’m extremely unsatisfied with this purchase that I spent $***.** on and within only two wears it’s already falling apart. I would like to return the coat and get a full refund. I tried calling customer service but sat on hold for over ten minutes. Please let me know next steps for a refund ASAP as it’s now already winter and I need a new coat. Thanks!
