The issue in GetHuman-bikahick's own words
I have been trying to reach your customer service since Friday about an order I returned. The returned items are back and I want my money returned. I was told on Friday after being on the phone for * and *** hours only to be told I need the tracking number for the returned item. I found the tracking number and called customer service today, May **,****. I was on hold for* and*** hours. Finally someone answered and then put on hold again at **:** p.m.. My tracking number is *Z***W************. I returned two packages but did not open one of the items. This does not make sense that I have to spend over an hour on Saturday and then again today for over two hours. I want this matter resolved immediately without having to call and spend hours on the phone. If this is the treatment customers are given by your store then I will report it to your corporation office. After spending over * hours today the call was answered and then I was put on hold again. What kind of store is this that there is no customer satisfaction? I have a JC Penny card but I will be cancelling my card since you don't value me as a customer for over ** years. I returned a window valence and a pair of curtain panels. Now after * hours your person hung up on me. If this matter is not resolved I will have my attorney contact you.
