My local JCP store was out of stock of what I wanted to purchase, so I placed an on-line order with the clerk in the store. My purchase was promised in * -* days.. Seven days have passed. I called to inquire and was told items were on back order and would come in around November **th. I since went to another JCP store and purchased my items in the store because I did not want to wait that long. I want to cancel the on-line order that I made at the Wheaton store.
